Khloe laments the monotony of drinking 2 litres of water a day, so she’s decided to spice things up with this recipe on her Instagram! Lemon Cucumber water is not only tasty, refreshing and hydrating, but also very beneficial. It boosts energy, aids digestion, and promotes clear skin and healing.

1 medium organic cucumber
2-3 small organic lemons
10-12 organic mint leaves

Wash lemons and cucumbers; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. (I did mine overnight) now drink up and enjoy ALL of the healthy benefits this water had to offer!!” Click here to find full benefits

Beetroot, Cucumber and Ginger Juice

Diagnosed with a rare disease, Ella decided to change her diet and heal herself the natural way. And four years later here she is, alive and well and with a few books under her belt! The main ingredient in this juice is beetroot which are “magical, they are true super foods and something we should all be eating more of! Beets are a great source of iron, potassium, magnesium, folic acid and vitamins A, C and B6, as well as being packed with anti-oxidants.”

1 cucumber
2 sticks of celery
3 carrots
1 red apple
an inch of ginger

The only preparation you need to do is to chop the leaves off the beetroot and peel away the outer layer of dirt and thicker skin, then chop the leaves off the celery. Once this is done simply put everything through the juicer, stir, sip and enjoy! Recipe
