We have found three tasty recipes from celebrities and bloggers alike that will have you full of energy and feeling active.
Lemon and Cucumber Water
I know I'm supposed to drink tons of water everyday but it's soooo boring!!! I read about this detox water online and I decided to try it out! It tastes sooo yummy!!! Here's how you make it dolls! Ingredients: 12 cups of filtered water (3 quarts) 1 medium organic cucumber 2-3 small organic lemons 10-12 organic mint leaves Directions: Wash lemons and cucumbers; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. (I did mine overnight) now drink up and enjoy ALL of the healthy benefits this water had to offer!! 💦💦💧

Beetroot, Cucumber and Ginger Juice

1 red apple
an inch of ginger
The only preparation you need to do is to chop the leaves off the beetroot and peel away the outer layer of dirt and thicker skin, then chop the leaves off the celery. Once this is done simply put everything through the juicer, stir, sip and enjoy! Recipe
Lemon, Lime and Ginger Juice

The lemons and limes give you a serious boost of vitamin C, not to mention a lovely, refreshing zing wonderfully complemented by the ginger. And you get all the sweetness you need from the apple and the grapes.
handful of grapes
1 apple, cored and sliced
½ inch fresh ginger (less if you find the taste too strong)
sparkling mineral water
Remove the grapes from the stem. Juice the apple and ginger together, then juice the rest of the fruit. Pour the juice in a large glass and fill to the top with sparkling water and serve with ice. Recipe
